Johan is an accomplished Management Consultant, Project Manager and Facilitator who is mostly engaged on a number of long-term projects in South Africa and the Middle East.
He is an award-winning trainer, facilitator and key note speaker and is noted for his creativity and his ability to deliver and finish projects under pressure.

He started his career with a 4-year degree In Communications and later added an IPM Diploma, Industrial Psychology and the Advanced Executive Business Programme from Unisa to his qualifications. He has also completed a number of non-formal programmes in business economics and human behaviour.
He spent 7 years in journalism before entering the world of business with full time employment at Bhp Billiton and Eskom in South Africa, a power utility, and various local and overseas universities.
He became the Director of Non-Formal Programmes at Technikon SA, now Unisa, and the continent’s largest correspondence tertiary institution and was one of the leading facilitators in Leadership and Operations Management at the University of Johannesburg.
His experience extends to mining, manufacturing, construction, public relations, automotive and general services industries and oil and gas in some cases. One of his key strengths is to deal with complexity and diversity in deciding and implementing business solutions in a multitude of situations.
He currently specialises in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Leadership, Strategy, Project Management and the entire range of People Skills including HR management.
